Sponsorship Opportunities

Zona Rosa Health Expo: Healthy, Sexy and Proud offers a wide variety of sponsorship options, designed for every budget, that allow our exhibitors to enhance their marketing experience prior to and during the expo. All sponsors in the categories below will be provided with an exhibitors booth at a prominent location, verbal recognition from the podium, placement of promotional materials in attendee bags, as well recognition in all promotional and program materials, in addition to specific under each sponsorship below.

Opening Plenary ($6,000.00 value)

Opening plenary will be conducted during breakfast. Attendees are invited to a much-appreciated energy booster to start the day. The Sponsor will have sole signage rights, will give welcoming remarks and introduce keynote speaker.

Luncheon Plenary ($6,000.00 value)

This mid-day plenary will take place during a sit-in luncheon. The Sponsor will have sole signage rights, will give welcoming remarks and introduce keynote speaker.

Closing Networking Reception ($6,000.00 value)

One of the most anticipated events of the evening. The Closing Networking reception is a relaxed reception where everyone will mingle, relax and enjoy the show. Yes! There will be entertainment, we promise! The Sponsor will have sole signage rights, will give welcoming remarks and introduce keynote speaker.

Snack Sponsor ($2,000.00 value each)

Attendees be provided with a mid-morning AND a mid-afternoon snack. Snacks such as cookies, coffee and tea will be served outside meeting rooms for the duration of the morning and afternoon session. The sponsors will have sole signage rights at the snack tables.

Co-sponsorship is allowed for all levels listed above.

Co-sponsorship is defined as two or more companies combining resources to reach the total cost per event listed above. Co-sponsorship can be arranged by calling Noris Chavarria @ 212.563.4500 x 304

Attendee Bag Insert/Booth Sponsor ($1,500.00 value)

Have your company information inserted into the official attendee bags handed out to all attendees at Zona Rosa Health Expo. You can include your flyer, product sample, catalog, or promotional items. Please keep in mind that the total cost of your bag inserts must equal at least $1,500.
